New Regimen

Matthew's first workout
This week marks the first in an experiment/ necessary life changes workout regimen. Matthew and I are privileged to have the knowledge and coaching of Tim Tyler and his simple yet challenging "Tyler Method." We have canceled our beloved gym memberships in attempts to save money as well as expand our horizon with our workouts. The beauty of this method is in it's simplicity and natural way of making the body work. It can be done anywhere. Even in the back yard! Check it all out here on his blog!
