This Thanksgiving, since I will have the luxury of my mother's food processor (I literally can't wait) I plan on using Pioneer Woman's recipe for a graham cracker crust but replacing it with gluten free graham crackers. This will be a welcomed experiment. Though there is always the possibility I keep things simple and just stick with my original crust- thank God for Whole Foods!
