Is there anything more disgusting and delicious?! This past, long, weekend was spent with my wonderful family at my sister's college graduation. We had a wonderful time wining and dining, strolling through a farmer's market, and sipping champagne on a lovely patio with old friends. What is my most memorable aspect of the 4 day weekend and life changing event (for my sister); pork belly.A pork rib/bacon/pure saturated animal fat thing that tastes like heaven. At one point I ate a piece and as I bit into it with my carnivorous molars, grease squirted into my throat. Simply joys. If I were you, I would add it to your, "things to do before I die" list, NOW!
